What for kind of paint can I use on the doll kits? You can use whatever paint you choose for your doll. However, paints other than other than Authentic Reborn or Genesis Heat-Set Paint have proven to flake or change color over time when used with any vinyl or silicone/vinyl blend. if you want to paint with acrylic paint, use then the paint which has been composed for that such as " Real Effect" Acrylic paint or the "Jo Sonja" with for that the developed activator. vinyl should never be painted with oil based paints. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||

I've never sculpted before, are the sculpting forms reusable or do you leave it in the head and bake it all at the same time? The sculpting forms are cooked underneath the Super Sculpey and the only way to re-use the form would be to destroy the sculpt. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
What are your offices hours? Our offices are open Wednesday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. We are closed Saturday through Tuesday and on all major holidays. Orders placed via phone, fax, or email after 11:00 am EST on Fridays are usually processed the following Wednesday. Can you ship international orders outside the EU at "zero value" International orders cannot be sent at "zero value" or an amount that is less than the actual order total. Sending international shipments that are marked at a lower value than what is on the order invoice is illegal. All taxes and duty must be paid by the customer upon arrival of your products. We recommend you find out the cost of import fees charged by your own country's government before you place your order to avoid any surprised. Switzerland and Norway : We deliver without Dutch VAT/TAX of 19% and make the export papers for you. You have to pay the VAT/TAX and normally a handling fee of the custom office. For example, in Norway the VAT is about 25% and Switzerland is about 8% of the order total. Note: Refused International Orders... Orders that are refused when they arrive to their destination due to the import fee being higher then expected are not eligible for a full refund.
